Recently purchased a car from Cardinal Motors, Kevin was the salesman he never tried to pressure me into buying anything, I saw a car on their website and went there to check it out and test drive it, i did purchase it and got the extended warranty that was offered. All the staff that worked there was nice and the outside lot and inside of the building was really clean, everyone had a smile on their face. The only reason I never gave them a 5 star rating is they never cleaned the car out before I picked it up which was the next day and the car only had 1/4 tank of gas it wasn’t filled up. Other than that we had a good experience while there and the music that they play is really good sing along music. If your looking for a good use car give them a try and ask for Kevin.

Let me start off by saying I had a really good experience buying the car. It was quick and easy, Helps everyone if you come in with a pre-approval letter ahead of time. My advice, though is to make sure you check everything front and back as I learned just shortly past 30 (32) days that one of the struts in my vehicle was bent. The vehicle had been a little shaky but I thought that was from it being a 2018/was not driven much (it has very low mileage). I had not driven the car very far or very often enough for that to be something I did. I then contacted the dealership. The manager, Scott, was very helpful and trying to advocate for helping render this situation. The owner wanted me to take the vehicle to their Goodyear tire garage. Unfortunately it was already on the rack being worked on at Tire Discounters (wonderful service by the way). Ultimately, it was up to the owner of the dealership himself who refused to do much with this situation despite having proof (invoice from Tire Discounters and the struts themselves). I want to thank Scott for doing what he could to advocate for me in this situation. This review isn’t meant to drag anyone down, but simply make other others aware as to why it is important to thoroughly check used vehicles.

Staff was all smiles and seeming like they were having fun doing their job. My man Kevin Bockelman kept things straightforward and helped tailor me a deal for my new truck. If you’re looking to buy through cardinal he’s your guy!
